食品藥物管理署(下稱食藥署)會同新北市政府衛生局於106年5月24日赴天良生物科技企業股份有限公司執行藥品優良運銷規範(GDP)符合性評鑑，發現該公司將「”天良”諾克治痛感冒液(衛署藥製字第011311號)」舊標籤刮除批號及效期並貼上新標籤，全案已依違反藥事法移請臺灣士林地方法院檢察署偵辦。
查核當時，於該公司5樓出貨區查獲改包裝、批號及效期之藥品共1524瓶，現場已立即封存，並將庫存品及待報廢品共逾16萬瓶全數封存，不准出貨。食藥署已當場責令廠商全面下架該項產品，並將發布問題藥品回收訊息，請藥局與藥商配合將「”天良”諾克治痛感冒液」下架回收，後續並將由各地方政府衛生局協助清查轄區內藥品回收情形；同時呼籲民眾如有購買該項產品，請立即停止使用，衛生局已命業者對外公布退貨機制。
依藥事法第82條規定，若業者違法製造或輸入偽藥，處10年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣1億元以下罰金。
食藥署已積極推動國內藥品製造業者與販賣業者執行GDP，確保藥品出廠後的品質，食藥署將嚴格把關，透過政府及業者品質雙管監督下，讓民眾用藥更安心。
