「四國料理88屋」9月盛大開幕 搶先公開 

來自日本、台灣首間完整體驗四國飲食文化的居酒屋－四國料理「 88屋」即將登台！「 88屋」是日本東京丸之內人氣餐廳「四國味遍路 88屋」姊妹品牌，首次進軍台灣將於2025年9月正式插旗台北東區！88屋以四國獨有的「四國八十八箇所」巡禮精神為靈感，主打結合山海美味與溫暖款待的「接待之心」，完整呈現來自德島、香川、愛媛、高知四縣的經典特色料理與產地釀製日北酒。這也是品牌首次嘗試以「全四國料理」為主題，活用正宗的專業知識與職人技術進軍台灣市場，從餐點、空間到服務，打造身心都能旅行的「味覺遍路之旅」，勢必成為台日文化飲食交流的重要新指標。

 

美食秘境四國德島、香川、愛媛、高知齊聚台北　職人現場炙燒 嚐盡四國風味

四國是一座由山海與風塑造而成的島嶼，孕育出獨特的食文化與深厚的人情味，從高知縣到香川縣，四國料理「 88屋」將日本饕客都會慕名而來的四國四縣—德島、香川、愛媛、高知的代表性美食一次帶進台北。其中最具話題的是由正宗的高知職人現場以高溫稻草火焰炙燒的「炙燒鰹魚藁燒」，外皮微焦香酥、內裡依舊鮮嫩生食，搭配上店內設置的「藁燒專用燒台」現場炙燒，煙燻香氣與鮮味交織堪稱視覺與味覺的雙重演出。還有與東京文字燒截然不同的香川縣高松市特有的「讚岐文字燒」，源起於戰後匱乏時期，因物資匱乏人們會在烏龍湯麵內加入麵粉、地瓜粉及蔬菜煎烤，成為「烏龍粉燒」的庶民美食。隨著時代演變，逐漸成為現代人喜愛的「讚岐文字燒」，不僅是充滿地方風味的人氣Ｂ級美食，更受媒體多次採訪的特色菜。不僅如此，還有德島的「魚板炸肉排」、高知縣的「鍋燒拉麵」等，將四國的風味、故事與溫度濃縮於每一道菜中，打造一場專屬四國的味覺巡禮。
