依國民健康署調查，產婦使用公共場所哺餵母乳或擠乳已達6成4，105年底全國設置哺集乳室已突破3,000處，可提供哺乳媽媽外出更多的方便與選擇!
增加公共場所哺集乳室 哺乳更便利
國民健康署積極推動法定外自願設置哺集乳室之場所，如各級學校、醫療院所、及企業職場等已有918處。加上依公共場所母乳哺育條例應設置哺集乳室之特定公營場所、鐵路車站、航空站、捷運交會轉乘站、百貨公司及零售式量販店等2,204處，全國目前已有3,122處。此外，臺鐵行駛中對號列車及高鐵列車也已經全面設有哺集乳室。且針對親子經常出入之公共場所，或者經常有親子參加之中大型活動或展場，國民健康署也鼓勵地方衛生局輔導設置臨時哺集乳室，於活動遊樂場所、餐廳等提供友善哺乳空間或措施，並列入地方衛生局之年度督導考核指標，中央與地方聯手打造更多哺育母乳親善環境。
給予職場婦女充裕哺集乳時間
依國民健康署105年縣市母乳哺育率調查資料顯示，有超過5成8的產婦停止哺餵母乳原因是因為奶水不足，其次20.1%是因為工作環境或性質不方便，在工作的產婦中，約53.6%表示工作場所有哺集乳室（其中60.8%表示有使用過工作場所哺集乳室）；80.8%表示工作場所支持其餵母乳或集乳。國民健康署將持續與勞動部結合宣導「營造友善職場哺乳環境」，請各職場雇主落實執行性別工作平等法及勞動基準法規定，讓職場哺乳婦女在規定之休息時間外，給予每天上、下午各半小時哺集乳時間。
提供便捷資源 一分鐘找到最近哺集乳室
為方便哺乳媽媽外出時，能快速找到最近的哺集乳室，國民健康署建置有全國設置哺集乳室之名單提供查詢，並有母乳哺育宣導影片、哺乳QA、支持團體及母乳一指通APP，可定位搜尋最近的母嬰親善院所及哺集乳室；另外，印製母乳哺育教戰手冊，免費提供民眾下載使用，相關資訊可至國民健康署網站（http://hpa.gov.tw）查詢。
全面友善環境 讓爸媽都能用
國民健康署非常重視男性於公共場所參與哺育寶寶之需求，瞭解親子育嬰室仍有不足之處，為營造友善親子環境，鼓勵公共場所亦推動「友善育嬰室」讓男士及家人共同參與分擔，國民健康署也呼籲各業者共同支持及加強設置。為了孕育健康的下一代，給寶寶最天然的，國民健康署呼籲企業雇主、家人、親友及社區大眾支持媽媽哺乳，協力營造母乳哺育全面友善環境。該署建置孕產婦免費關懷專線0800-870-870（國語諧音：抱緊您，抱緊您），服務時間為每週一至週五上午8時至下午6時，每星期六上午9時至下午1時，提供國語、台語、越南語及印尼語電話諮詢服務，即使是在服務時間以外來電，亦可透過語音留下問題，專業人員會主動致電回復及解答。民眾如有任何孕前、孕期、產後體重問題，歡迎call in諮詢專線，並可上「孕產婦關懷網站」(http://mammy.hpa.gov.tw/) 查詢更多訊息，歡迎行動手機世代的準爸爸、準媽媽們多加利用！
