采風智匯（AIM）攜手台灣、日本多位骨質疏鬆專家，於 2025 年12月11日～13日由國際骨質疏鬆基金會（International Osteoporosis Foundation, IOF）在東京舉辦的亞太區骨健康國際會議（IOF Regional 2025），共同發表多篇運用AI進行骨質疏鬆檢測以及骨折風險評估的跨國研究成果。
IOF 為全球骨質疏鬆與骨折預防領域最權威的國際組織，匯集來自世界各地的臨床專家與研究人員，致力於推動骨質疏鬆相關的臨床指引與公共衛生政策發展。本次大會，采風智匯獲選的7篇臨床研究橫跨日本、台灣與越南，涵蓋多醫院、多地區的臨床實證資料。其中3篇經國際專家群評鑑入選Guided Poster Tour，由享譽國際骨質疏鬆研究權威、同時也是骨折風險評估工具 FRAX®開發者之一的Eugene McCloskey 教授親自導覽。
綜觀這７篇臨床研究報告，采風智匯開發之 DeepXrayTM AI 骨密度分析技術，在不同人種、地區與醫療環境中均能展現穩定且一致的臨床表現。其定量推估的腰椎與髖部骨密度與黃金標準 DXA 對比，均顯示高相關性、低誤差值與良好的診斷鑑別能力。其中一份與台大醫院共同發表的研究報告指出，利用DeepXrayTM AI 推估的骨密度預測未來骨折發生風險的表現可與 DXA 相當，部分情境甚至展現更佳的預測能力，凸顯 DeepXrayTM AI 在骨折風險評估上的臨床潛力。
研究亦證實在DXA 普及率有限、檢查成本較高的現況下，DeepXrayTM 可作為有效的「伺機型篩檢（Opportunistic Screening） 」工具，透過既有 X 光設備將DeepXrayTM全自動AI服務平台整合至臨床工作流程，不改變現有流程、不額外增加第一線醫事人員負擔，即可進行全院大規模風險評估，有助於骨質疏鬆的早期發現與預防。
此外， Osteoporosis Research Ltd. 授權采風智匯將FRAX® 整合到其DeepXrayTM 全自動AI服務平台，醫師可依據患者的骨質密度、年齡、性別、病史等臨床資訊，透過服務平台評估未來十年的骨折風險，協助醫病雙方以更客觀、全面的方式進行治療與照護規劃。
在全球 DXA 檢查普及率仍有限的背景下，采風智匯的 AI 解決方案讓醫療院所無需新增昂貴設備，即可從既有影像設備與資料中創造額外的臨床價值。本次於 IOF Regional 2025 的多項研究發表，顯示采風智匯的技術已逐步從研究驗證走向國際臨床實證與公共衛生應用，為因應高齡化社會下日益嚴峻的骨折預防挑戰，樹立重要的里程碑。
