根據國際市場研究機構Euromonitor International 2024年報告指出，台灣魚油與Omega-3脂肪酸產品市場規模已達26.7億新台幣，預估至2029年將成長至29.9億元，年均成長率約2.3%。
然而，面對百家爭鳴的行銷戰與華麗廣告話術，許多消費者卻仍忽略了最核心的問題—自己買的魚油，每公克Omega-3到底值不值得。
醫師提醒：挑魚油要過三關！
魚油熱賣多年，市場上產品琳瑯滿目，不少品牌打著「德國製造」、「北歐深海」、「歐洲進口」等名號，但實際原料來源與製程透明度卻不一。醫師 沈宜萱提醒：「挑選魚油不能只看外盒包裝或濃度數字，應把關三大關鍵，才能買得安心、吃得有效。」

第一關、透明漁獲溯源地與原料萃取技術
優質魚油應來自低污染風險海域，例如南北極或深海海域，避免捕撈於主要航道或近岸海域的魚種。若標示僅寫「歐洲進口」，卻未揭露捕撈海域，就難以確認重金屬或污染風險。
此外，魚油結構影響吸收效率。TG型雖為天然結構，但濃度較低；而rTG型（再酯化三酸甘油酯）則經超臨界純化技術濃縮後再還原為天然結構，兼具高濃度與高吸收率，是目前國際公認的優質魚油型態。

第二關、產地真實標示與吸收率
許多產品雖宣稱「進口魚油」，實際上僅使用進口原料，卻在國內封裝生產，未明確標示製造與封裝地。沈醫師提醒：「消費者應確認標示的製造地是否涵蓋『封裝』與『膠囊製造』，這關係到產品新鮮度與品質控管。」
膠囊劑型上，一般明膠膠囊進入胃部即溶解，而腸溶緩釋膠囊則以耐酸材質包覆，僅在腸道中崩解釋放，若rTG型魚油搭配腸溶緩釋型膠囊包覆技術，不但能減少魚腥味回流與胃部不適，還能幫助魚油順利抵達腸道吸收利用。
沈醫師強調：「這不是包裝差異，而是關乎吸收效率與保健成效的核心；關鍵在於有效成分能否避開胃酸干擾，確實抵達小腸被吸收。優質魚油應同時兼顧純度、吸收率與來源透明度，才能真正達到安心保健的目的。」
第三關、不只看濃度，更要會算價值
營養師 張馨方依據品牌官網公開數據，分析國內九大魚油品牌，計算每顆膠囊的Omega-3含量與實際價格，結果發現不同品牌的CP值差距高達兩倍。她說：「許多消費者只看Omega-3濃度或國別標示，卻忽略最該比較的—每公克Omega-3要花多少錢?」
張營養師也提供簡易計算公式，幫助民眾自我檢驗：

她強調：「會算，才能知道自己花的錢，是真的買到營養，還是買到包裝。」
三大選購原則，聰明挑魚油不踩雷
醫師 沈宜萱與營養師 張馨方共同呼籲，魚油品牌應主動公開捕撈海域、萃取技術與膠囊封裝地資訊，讓消費者能「看得懂、買得對」。

專家建議，吃魚油要合理有三招：
- 看標示：包裝上應清楚說明Omega-3含量。
- 查溯源：了解捕撈地、萃取廠與最後產地，確保來源透明。
- 會換算：比較「每公克Omega-3」價格，挑選高CP值產品。

「魚油的價值不在廣告多華麗，而在標示多詳實。」兩位專家一致強調，唯有品牌透明、消費者理性，市場才能真正健康。
