精準抗癌更全面，邁向健康台灣！今年（2025）十月一日起，衛生福利部健康保險署正式擴大給付免疫檢查點抑制劑於晚期泌尿道上皮細胞癌化學治療後的維持治療，不再限制生物表現量檢測，助我國晚期泌尿上皮細胞癌治療更進一步。對此，台灣泌尿腫瘤醫學會今（12日）攜手泌尿科、腫瘤科相關醫學會、臨床專家與病友團體共同見證我國泌尿道上皮癌治療邁向新里程碑，肯定並感謝健保署聽見患者及臨床醫師的迫切與需求，為國人健康帶來完整守護。
健康台灣再進一步 晚期泌尿上皮癌健保治療跟上國際
免疫藥物十月擴大給付 健保署：預估每年再增加300位患者受惠
「明明有可以預防的方法，卻因經濟無力負擔而放棄。這些焦慮與不安，其實我們都看在眼裡、放在心上。」台灣泌尿腫瘤醫學會王弘仁理事長感嘆道。根據癌症登記報告指出，台灣每年約有近4,000名泌尿道上皮細胞癌患者，且許多患者確診時已屬晚期。其中，晚期泌尿道上皮細胞癌復發率高，一旦轉移，存活率更是不到一成。過去，面對疾病的復發風險，患者及家屬往往充滿焦慮，在做完化學治療後，只能祈禱癌症復發威脅不再找上自己。事實上，根據大型臨床數據，晚期泌尿上皮癌患者在化療後，若搭配免疫治療作為維持性療法，不僅能提升患者的整體存活期，更降低近3成的死亡風險。如今，健保已跟上國際治療建議，放寬患者使用藥物的限制，以減輕癌友治療的經濟負擔。王弘仁也表示，此次擴大給付不僅是制度面接住患者的重要里程碑，更是對癌症患者及其家庭的實質關懷。藉此契機，王弘仁也進一步指出，未來學會將持續推動臨床研究與衛教，確保每一位患者都能獲得同樣高品質的照護、讓更多病友受惠。
對此，中央健康保險署陳亮妤署長也回應，此次擴大給付預估每年再增加300名泌尿道上皮細胞癌患者受惠，為落實總統健康台灣政策，讓台灣癌症標準化死亡率在2030年降低三分之一，精進藥物治療、接軌國際治療指引是目前健保署在藥品給付政策方向，未來健保署將持續以病患需求為重要考量 ，為國人健康打造更好的環境。

醫界：解除生物標記檢測限制，使癌友治療用藥更即時
「這次健保給付的擴大，不僅是治療接軌國際，讓患者能在減少不必要檢測的情況下，使用合適且有效的藥物。」台灣泌尿內視鏡醫學會吳俊德理事長表示。泌尿路上皮細胞癌的治療是一條從診斷到後續追蹤的長路，這次擴大給付不僅使整體治療流程更順暢，也使醫師對患者後續照護的規劃更有信心。台灣癌症研究學會蘇柏榮理事長也分享，有臨床數據的支持，醫師如今能依循治療建議，及早為化療後患者提供維持性治療，使整體照護路徑更完整。對此，臺灣楓城泌尿學會鍾旭東秘書長也表示，此次的擴大給付，讓醫病雙方可以更專注於治療本身。臺北榮民總醫院腫瘤醫學部主治醫師賴峻毅指出，過去在臨床上，經常看到許多患者在化療結束後，僅能被動等待復發，如今不僅能減少患者等待時的不確定性，對醫師而言，不必再有看著病友有藥卻無法使用的無力感，也能更直接的與患者討論後續的治療選擇。面對賴清德總統所喊出的「2030年降低癌症死亡三分之一」的目標，今年十月擴大給付的健保政策，將使更多泌尿道上皮癌細胞患者能夠即時用到合適的治療，過去患者看的到、用不到的窘境將不再發生。
健保政策落地 完善泌尿道上皮細胞癌照護版圖
學會及病團：持續陪伴患者走向治癒的每一步
除了臨床治療用藥上可以更彈性外，健保擴大給付對於癌友來說也減輕許多負擔。與病魔交手的泌尿道上皮癌病友張小姐，也與我們分享，透過治療後她的體力逐漸恢復，甚至能外出運動、找回原本的生活步調，現在其他病友不必再因經濟問題猶豫是否持續治療，也希望更多病友能像她一樣，把生活重新找回來。「患者在化療後能立即銜接免疫治療作為維持性療法，不僅減少患者或家屬的焦慮，也顯著地改善治療後生活品質。」對此，台灣癌症基金會張文震執行長指出，過去常看到病友因高額費用而不得不中斷或放棄治療，這次擴大給付不僅使病友對醫療制度更有信心，在用藥上也能夠更即時。一直持續在為患者倡議治療可近性的台灣年輕病友協會劉桓睿秘書長也表示，對病友團體來說，這次政策是多年倡議的成果落地，不僅讓患者的治療不再因經濟而延遲或中斷，也帶給更多患者存活下來的希望。
最後，王弘仁也再次代表學會感謝健保署政策的落地，不僅看見癌友需要、完整了泌尿道上皮細胞癌的治療歷程，隨著健保署陸續放寬免疫檢查點抑制劑的給付，也象徵晚期泌尿上皮癌治療邁入新紀元，學會未來也將持續與臨床醫師、醫學會同仁及病友團體長期努力，期盼更多患者能在治療旅程中不孤單。

Sütlaç çok hafifti, ne aşırı tatlı ne de yavan. Üzerindeki tarçın kokusu mükemmel bir tamamlayıcı olmuş. Yemeği bitirdikten sonra bile aklımda kaldı.
Sütlaçın kıvamı öyle güzel ayarlanmış ki, kaşıklarken bile fark ediliyor. Rize’de tatlı yemek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.
Pide çeşitleri çok zengin ve her biri ayrı lezzetliydi. Özellikle karışık pidenin iç harcı dolu doluydu, hamuru da incecik ve çıtır çıtırdı. Taş fırın lezzetini gerçekten hissediyorsunuz.
Pide çeşitlerinin hepsini denemek istedim çünkü hepsi çok güzel görünüyordu. Özellikle kuşbaşılı pide favorim oldu, eti ve peyniri çok uyumluydu.
