隨著醫療環境快速變遷，護理師如何在白色巨塔的高壓挑戰中，平衡專業、自身權益與人性溫暖？衛福部護理及健康照護司透過委託規劃製作的全新Podcast節目「護理心聲代」正式開播，透過主持人凱爺（唐源駿）每集訪問不同領域的資深護理師，層層剖析來賓的自身經歷，帶領聽眾深度探討護理政策轉型、職涯初衷與挑戰。

根據數據顯示，護理新手上路前三個月的離職率高達25%至30%。為了緩解此現象，衛福部積極推動「護理新手臨床導師制度」，藉由資深護理師擔任新手導師（Mentor）之溫暖支持，降低學用落差。在首集節目中，資深護理師王馨儀分享她作為導師的「片語小天后」經驗，當時她體恤學弟妹在電腦化記錄時代，常因撰寫報告而延誤下班，親自研發「片語填空題」模組，幫助新人縮短加班時間，讓他們能有時間休息，感受到工作的意義。王馨儀更感性鼓勵新進護理師，「要有被打擊成千瘡百孔的勇氣，才能從谷底慢慢往上，找到屬於自己的位置。」她認為，以耐心逐漸補足經驗缺口，只要跨出那一小步、都是進步。
節目也關注護理環境的體制改革，包括政府積極推動的「三班護病比」正常化與夜班費補助政策。個案管理師武芮竹指出，過去白班護病比高達1:10，護理師往往只能處理發藥、量血壓等臨床瑣事，「我們不是沒溫度，而是沒時間發熱」。她坦言，等到護病比逐步改善至1:6時，才真的能多出時間，提供真心的同理與陪伴，例如在癌症病人家屬崩潰時，遞上一張衛生紙，或是針對複雜的蕈狀傷口，主動為病人尋找更舒適的固定方法。武芮竹強調，護病比優化不只是改善勞動條件，更是為了確保病人的醫療質量與安全。
