運動不只可以強健身體、維持健康，還可以紓解壓力、讓肢體和頭腦都更靈活，因此教育部體育署制訂「SH150方案」，鼓勵學生除體育課之外在校運動 150 分鐘，與董氏基金會合作推廣運動，讓同學們可以從小學習多元的運動項目，培養規律的運動習慣，並且邀請到亞洲第一女子天團 S.H.E 擔任代言人，結合她們熱情、活力十足的形象，共同宣傳運動的好處。
向來熱心公益的 S.H.E，接受教育部體育署與董氏基金會的邀請，擔任推廣「SH150方案」代言人，三人合體現身記者會，與大家分享自己運動的經驗，以及運動所帶來的好處； Selina 表示學生時期自己最喜歡打羽毛球跟游泳，現在則是喜歡騎腳踏車跟跑步，也建議大家運動時可以多邀邀朋友，聯絡感情、一起養成運動好習慣。Ella 現場大秀肌肉，表示從小最愛打籃球，現在也會定期上健身房，訓練核心肌群，讓身體變健康。Hebe 則分享學生時期曾參加手球隊和田徑隊，也很喜歡打躲避球，現在雖然工作非常忙碌，每週還是會抽出 2~3 天運動，維持體能和健康，同時也可以紓解工作上所帶來的壓力。
S.H.E 也鼓勵學生們，可以多嘗試不同種類的運動、培養運動的習慣，為健康奠定良好基礎！
啟動 SH150 計畫
教育部陳德華次長表示，「SH150方案」，S 代表 Sport、H 代表 Health、150就是代表在校運動150分鐘，念起來正好跟 S.H.E 有諧音，這次邀請她們來進行宣傳，就是希望以 S.H.E 活力十足的形象，向廣大的年輕學生族群來推廣運動，希望學生可以多接觸、學習各種不同的運動技能、強化學生的體適能、以及從小培養學生的規律運動習慣。此外，也希望學生透過接觸多元的運動項目，更能體會運動的樂趣，並從中學習運動的精神。
啟動 SH150 計畫，提醒學生可透過多種方式達到每週在校運動 150分鐘
董氏基金會謝孟雄董事長分享，自己年輕的時候，每天都有運動超過 150 分鐘，還當過學校籃球跟游泳校隊選手，運動好處多多，除了幫助學童成長、促進健康之外，還可以消耗熱量、訓練運動神經與靈敏度、增強免疫力，同時也能增加自信心、建立成就感、提升睡眠品質，更能夠改善大腦的運作，提升專注力、增加學生的學習效果，正如 S.H.E 在短片裡面說的口號：「運動讓你變聰明！」。
教育部體育署也將在「體育課好好玩」網站，舉辦「SH150 上傳運動影片拿獎金」的活動，鼓勵學校老師與學生，將自己在學校除了體育課之外，利用下課時間、社團活動或其他時間所安排的運動項目拍攝下來，與更多人分享，一起推廣運動，還有機會拿獎金，活動內容詳情請上「體育課好好玩」。
