各類穀物、花生、咖啡等,保存不當容易孳生黃麴毒素,肉品常有使用瘦肉精、殘留抗生素的問題,而乳品可能添加塑化劑;去年食安事件連環爆,導致人心惶惶,有業者推出「快速檢驗套組」,民眾在家就能自行檢測多達20種毒素,自己為食安把關。
業者蘇文龍表示,近年來食安事件層出不窮,如食用油品混充、農藥、瘦肉精、劣質豬油混充等事件後,接獲相關業者檢驗要求,為釐清自身或供應商,其油品或肉品等,鑒於各界檢驗需求不斷增加下,開發出「快速檢驗套組」。
蘇文龍舉例,黃麴毒素快速檢驗套組,可檢測米、花生、咖啡等,民眾只要將食物磨碎,並加入緩衝溶液,待食物與溶液融合,取一滴液體滴入檢驗試劑上即可,且不須專業儀器即可直接判讀,靈敏度高只要含量10ppb就可檢出,檢驗時間不超過5分鐘。
除了毒素殘留檢測外,還推出抗組織胺、化學添加物及藥物殘留檢測套組,可檢測賽庚啶、三聚氰胺、孔雀石綠、孟寧素、歐來金得、四環黴素、氯黴素、乙型受體素、硝基呋喃、喹諾酮、磺胺藥、鏈黴素、乙烯雌酚等20多種項目。
