各類穀物、花生、咖啡等，保存不當容易孳生黃麴毒素，肉品常有使用瘦肉精、殘留抗生素的問題，而乳品可能添加塑化劑；去年食安事件連環爆，導致人心惶惶，有業者推出「快速檢驗套組」，民眾在家就能自行檢測多達20種毒素，自己為食安把關。
業者蘇文龍表示，近年來食安事件層出不窮，如食用油品混充、農藥、瘦肉精、劣質豬油混充等事件後，接獲相關業者檢驗要求，為釐清自身或供應商，其油品或肉品等，鑒於各界檢驗需求不斷增加下，開發出「快速檢驗套組」。
蘇文龍舉例，黃麴毒素快速檢驗套組，可檢測米、花生、咖啡等，民眾只要將食物磨碎，並加入緩衝溶液，待食物與溶液融合，取一滴液體滴入檢驗試劑上即可，且不須專業儀器即可直接判讀，靈敏度高只要含量10ppb就可檢出，檢驗時間不超過5分鐘。
除了毒素殘留檢測外，還推出抗組織胺、化學添加物及藥物殘留檢測套組，可檢測賽庚啶、三聚氰胺、孔雀石綠、孟寧素、歐來金得、四環黴素、氯黴素、乙型受體素、硝基呋喃、喹諾酮、磺胺藥、鏈黴素、乙烯雌酚等20多種項目。
