- ●百萬醫療享終身：終身享有住院日額3000倍醫療帳戶，以投保計畫別10萬元保險金額為例，住院日額額度為1,000元，即可擁有300萬元終身醫療帳戶，讓醫療保障更全面、更安心。
- ●住院保障有加倍：在保險年齡75歲(含)前，除基本住院保障外，還額外提供住院關懷保障，讓照護更周全。自76歲起，入住加護或燒燙傷病房時，雜費限額提高至2倍，保障更全面，安心不打折。
- ●高齡實支有保障：自保險年齡76歲起享有實支實付保障，針對癌症治療、重大手術及加護病房(燒燙傷病房)的「醫院各項雜費及外科手術費用保險金的給付」提高限額(癌症治療提高至3倍；重大手術或住進加護病房(燒燙傷病房)則提高至2倍，讓晚年醫療支出更有依靠，守護一生健康無憂。
- ●所繳保險費不浪費：身故給付「應繳保險費總和」之02倍扣除已申領之各項保險金後之餘額。
- ●健康促進折扣：日行8,000步就有機會享1%~4%保費折扣。
50歲王太太投保「新光人壽醫實之選醫療終身健康保險」，繳費20年，保額10 萬元，年繳保險費38,925元。55歲因車禍骨折，施作骨盆骨折開放性復位術，住進加護病房10日，穩定後轉一般病房5日出院，可申請住院日額保險金1.5萬元、加護病房保險金2萬元、手術醫療保險金1萬元及住院關懷保險金1.5萬元。於出院後14日內門診追蹤4次，可申請住院前後門診醫療保險金1千元，總理賠金額為6.1萬元。另外77歲罹患早期大腸癌，緊急送醫接受治療並入住一般病房30日出院，可申請每日病房費用保險金最高給付3萬元限額、醫院各項雜費及外科手術費用保險金癌症最高給付13萬元限額。於出院後14日內回診8次，可申請住院前後門診費用保險金最高給付4千元限額，如果無法提供相關住院醫療收據，將提供日額型住院費用補償保險金3萬，實支給付優於定額給付，最高理賠限額為16.4萬元，實際依照收據金額給付。(實際給付內容與要件以保單條款約定為主)
