隨著《再生醫療法》與《再生醫療製劑管理條例》正式施行，臺灣再生醫療正式進入制度化與規範化的新階段，同時《人工智慧基本法》亦於今年年初公布，為醫療與科技跨域治理奠定重要基礎。在這關鍵時刻，星醫美學集團、財團法人人工智慧法律國際研究基金會及實踐大學法學院共同主辦「2026 超預防醫學產業國際論壇—AI 時代的再生醫療法制與實務」，邀集德國、美國、日本與臺灣的產官學研代表，以「超預防醫學」為主軸，串聯AI智慧醫療、細胞治療、基因療法與臨床決策支持的快速演進，從法制治理、監理架構到臨床與產業實務，提出可操作的合規路徑與風險治理策略。
此次論壇由財團法人人工智慧法律國際研究基金會董事長 朱兆民、星醫美學集團創辦人暨董事長 林信一、實踐大學董事長 謝孟雄、法務部政務次長 黃世杰、臺大醫院腦神經外科/前立法委員/前考試委員 高明見醫師來共同揭示再生醫療專法上路後，如何在患者保護與產業推動間，建立更可預期、可驗證、可責任化的制度基礎。此外，論壇中亦由跨領域重量級人士主持及進行報告，包含前行政院政務委員 鄧振中、秀傳醫療社團法人秀傳紀念醫院總顧問 林啟禎、財團法人人工智慧法律國際研究基金會顧問 甘添貴、博訊生物科技董事長 杜長宏、臺灣高等檢察署檢察長 張斗輝、彰化基督教醫院總院長/國立中興大學副校長 陳穆寬、Würzburg大學教授/歐盟層級AI政策相關專家成員Eric Hilgendorf、USC hospital Arcadia醫師 Rinoie Chugo、衛生福利部醫事司司長 劉越萍、實踐大學講座教授/財團法人人工智慧法律國際研究基金會執行長 張麗卿，確保政策、法制、醫療與產業投資觀點得以在同一治理語言下充分對話。

星醫美學集團創辦人暨董事長 林信一表示：「《再生醫療雙法》不只是一套制度的建立，而是臺灣醫療產業，能否邁向安全、可信、具國際競爭力的關鍵時刻，在 AI 與再生醫療快速演進的時代，真正決定能否長遠前行的不只是技術本身，而是制度設計是否到位、跨域治理能否協作，於是舉辦了此次論壇進行對話，推動國際接軌，讓臺灣的再生醫療發展走得更穩、更遠。」
