我是書田診所副院長兼眼科主任 林嘉理,將告訴大家如何在忙碌、終端機充斥的環境裏對眼睛多點照顧。

當您長時間注視某件事物或螢幕,導致眼睛酸澀、甚至出現複視時,就表示您的眼睛開始疲勞到了護眼操時間了。護眼操四大要點:

1.察看環境光線是否夠明亮,燈光切忌閉爍不明

2.及時閉眼或凝視遠處觀看綠色景象2至3分鐘,讓瞳孔及睫狀肌放鬆,達到眼睛休息的目的,可每半小時至一小時做一次。

3.再者,輕壓眼睛周圍的皮膚,促進血液循環及肌酸代謝,讓眼睛充分放鬆休息。

4.隱型眼鏡族要特別注意配戴時間:硬式隱形眼鏡不得超過8小時,軟性不得超過12小時,若遇眼睛急性感染發炎時,必須停止配戴。

眼睛是極為敏感又重要的器官,若不加以保護,使其經常疲勞乾澀又未及時治療,除了影響工作,還可能導致慢性眼疾及過敏性或發炎性結膜炎。再次提醒您,眼睛也要定時休息。
