透明牙套風潮迅速升溫，隱適美（Invisalign）成為許多民眾首選。新北板橋隱適美認證醫師陳雅昀指出，近年主動諮詢隱形矯正的患者數量明顯增加，從上班族、學生到需長期上鏡的從業者皆包含其中。然而，她提醒，市場價格落差與透明牙套使用風險，仍是民眾在做決策前應充分了解的關鍵。

陳雅昀醫師表示，隱適美費用普遍高於金屬矯正或自鎖式矯正，主要源自三大因素：其一，隱適美為美國原廠製作的客製化產品，包含3D掃描與一系列數位模擬，因此製作成本較高；其二，矯正成果高度依賴醫師的經驗與治療規劃能力，醫師的臨床技術與病例量皆會反映在費用上；其三，個案的複雜度與牙套使用副數不同，也造成整體費用差異。
隱適美價格多落在20~30萬元左右，自鎖式矯正落在14~18萬元上下，傳統金屬矯正約自12萬元起。重點在患者口腔狀況及治療計畫等綜合考量。因為每個患者口內狀態不同，有的是中線歪斜、牙齒凌亂，有的虎牙突出、暴牙嘴凸、戽斗臉歪等狀況，不同的口腔複雜程度當然就會有療程上的差異，包含需不需要拔牙、打骨釘、使用橡皮筋等，簡單來說，只要矯正過程操作複雜，價格就會往上加。更多了解隱適美隱形牙套 https://dryayun.com/1705/
然而，在透明牙套成為趨勢的同時，陳雅昀醫師也提醒民眾注意隱藏風險。最大風險來自「配戴時間不足」。隱適美須每日配戴20至22小時才能維持穩定受力，若因工作或生活習慣導致配戴時間縮短，可能使牙齒移動停滯甚至延誤療程。此外，透明牙套材質不耐高溫，熱飲易造成變形，因此不建議戴著隱形牙套飲食；摘戴時也需注意避免遺失或損壞。她強調，透明牙套看似便利，但實際上對患者自律性要求更高。
針對「透明牙套是否人人適用」的疑問，陳雅昀指出，部分需大幅移動或涉及骨性結構的案例，仍需依照醫師評估是否搭配骨釘或使用其他矯正方式。她提醒，透明牙套只是一種矯正治療工具並非萬能，是否適合使用透明牙套進行矯正治療，重點還是在於病患原始口內咬合條件、醫師的經驗判斷與患者配合度。

陳雅昀醫師建議民眾在決定矯正方式前，至少確認三點：第一，先了解自身是否能配合每天配戴超過20小時；第二，務必讓醫師實際檢查確認口腔狀況，而不只是透過照片大致看一下。如確認要進行矯正治療，需使用數位掃描機取得全口3D口腔影像，拍攝全口、側顱等X光片、及口內外彩色照片，盡可能搜集完整的口腔資料，以利醫師實際分析評估。第三，選擇具有矯正經驗與完整治療規畫能力的醫師，以確保療程安全與可預期性。
在透明牙套成為全民矯正趨勢的同時，民眾更需要透明資訊與正確知識，以避免因誤解或未充分評估而造成時間與金錢上的浪費。
