蔡醫師自2019年開始應用水雷射牙科治療技術，藉由雷射光束激發水分子，產生具有高速動能的粒子（稱為水光動能），巧妙結合水與雷射的能量，旨在提升治療舒適度並加速術後修復。
無論對牙醫或患者而言，水雷射都是一大福音。蔡醫師為提供病患更優質的治療體驗與品質，毅然決然投入重本引進此高階設備。
水雷射治療為牙周病患者帶來許多顯著優勢，大幅提升療程舒適度與恢復速度；傳統牙周治療在施打麻藥後，需使用金屬刮刀深入牙周囊袋刮除結石與軟組織。此過程常讓患者感到不適，且術後傷口需較長時間恢復。
然而，透過水雷射治療，可先利用雷射能量溫柔地鬆動囊袋組織，並有效震碎結石，隨後再進行清創。相較於傳統直接刮除的方式，水雷射不僅能更有效率地清除病灶，還能顯著降低侵入性，大幅提升患者的治療舒適度，並加速術後傷口癒合。
再來是其中以水雷射進行清創囊袋時，同步也在滅菌，這點是傳統牙周治療無法做到的部分，甚至是可以依據患者的狀態來調整能量，有些人耐受度高，能量可以調高來讓治療效果更好，蔡醫師也分享到甚至遇過患者不用上麻藥可以直接施作療程，當然也遇過耐受度較低的患者，就將能量降低來配合患者接受度，整體療程舒適度就可大幅提高，也降低未來看牙回診的恐懼心理。
水雷射應用｜植牙
水雷射治療中透過模式設定可代替刀片來完成切開牙肉（翻瓣手術）、骨脊整平、光剝離軟組織及去除肉芽組織等，利用刀片處理這些過程，時間比較長、動作比較大、以及過程中的聲響，都會讓患者受到心理上的折磨，水雷射可隔空進行、而且清創得更乾淨。
除了水雷射機器外，蔡醫師也會在適當時機選用士卓曼 Straumann® BLX 水植體，其 SLActive®親水性表面有助於加速骨細胞生長和整合，提升植牙穩定性。這對糖尿病、骨質疏鬆、抽菸或接受過放射治療的患者尤其適用，甚至能讓患者在更短時間內裝上正式牙冠。
