1) 鮭魚
鮭魚具有可強壯髮絲的維生素 D 與蛋白質;也含有豐富的 ω- 3 脂肪酸,有效促進頭髮生長、維持頭皮健康。
2) 甜椒
甜椒具有比橘子多出五倍半以上的維生素 C ,維生素 C 可強化髮幹與毛囊,防止破壞損傷。
3) 生蠔
生蠔中含有豐富的鋅,適量攝取可讓頭髮恢復光澤與彈性。
4) 蛋
