我是書田眼科 主治醫師 廖士傑，在眼鏡王國的台灣，挑選一副精準得宜的眼鏡是生活必備的技能？必須從鏡片、鏡框及整體驗光來考量：
鏡片以材質輕、薄、透光率和折射率高、及耐磨不易破為主，需長時間配戴者可選擇安全鏡片，而花老眼鏡應以透光率高的玻璃鏡片為宜。
鏡框以材質輕、耐用且配合臉型容易調整位置為宜，矯正臉形只是次要條件。尤其兩眼視差超過250度或600度以上的高度近視者，鏡框應以小圓型為主。散光超過100度者應以趨於方型之鏡框為宜。
整體配鏡三精確，眼鏡度數要精確，光學中心要精確，鏡架傾斜要精確。另外，配戴眼鏡時，為避免影像變形，視看事物應以頭部轉動代替眼球轉動。
把握以上原則，清楚適宜的眼鏡是不難找到的。
