食品安全問題讓台灣食品檢驗的需求大增,加上食品安全衛生管理法增訂食品安全衛生三級品管制度,食品藥物管理署計畫引進學校檢驗資源,協助進行檢驗工作,只要學校通過認證通過,就可以加入食品檢測行列,預計9月即可開放認證的申請。
目前有34家國內大專院校系所及41位實驗室人員參加說明會,包括台大、成大、東海、虎尾科大等校。參加的單位有的已經是農委會委託檢測農藥殘留或動物用藥的單位,有的則獲得TAF全國認證基金會實驗室認證通過。
食藥署日前以問卷調查全國大專校院食品、化工等相關科系,瞭解其參與意願及現有儀器設備資源。食藥署將於3 月辦理實驗室品質管理訓練課程,包括ISO/IEC 17025規範、品質手冊及標準作業程序撰寫、化學及微生物品質管理規範等;4月辦理認證實驗室參訪及檢驗技術訓練;6月起至有意願參與食品檢驗的實驗室進行實地輔導;程序完成後, 9月至11月間便可向食藥署申請認證,認證通過即可加入為民眾食安把關的行列。
