行政院「食品安全聯合稽查及取締小組」於103年2-3月啟動蛋品稽查，共計抽驗54件，檢驗結果有2件生鮮雞蛋檢出動物用藥殘留不符合規定，除了各罰鍰6萬元與3萬元，二牧場目前均已複驗合格。
食品藥物管理署表示，2-3月針對5處聯勤副供站，6都17家學校團膳業者、食材供應商，及全台8處蛋品生產廠(場)，共計抽樣54件蛋品，檢驗磺胺劑類48項、抗原蟲劑多重殘留分析7項、氯黴素類3項、四環黴素類7項等共計65項動物用藥殘留。檢驗結果2件不符合規定已請地方衛生單位追查產品流向，並由農業單位派員訪查，並輔導正確用藥及遵守停藥期規定。
不合格的台中清泉崗副供站是由彰化縣俊宗牧場提供，查出不得檢出的乃卡巴精，依食品安全衛生管理法第15條罰鍰新台幣6萬元；嘉義縣偉良畜牧場二場查出不得檢出的氟甲磺氯黴素，依動物用藥品管理法第32條罰鍰新台幣3萬元。
