行政院食品安全聯合稽查及取締小組將聯合縣市政府衛生局於本(8)月份啟動含澱粉原料產品稽查抽驗行動,針對粄條、肉圓、黑輪、粉圓、豆花、粉粿、芋圓及地瓜圓等8大類含澱粉原料產品進行順丁烯二酸及硼砂檢驗,持續監控各類澱粉產品,防止違法食品於市面販售。
同時中秋將至,全國各縣市政府衛生局已陸續展開中秋節食品抽驗,除包括糕餅類食品如月餅、蛋黃酥、鳳梨酥等成品外,尚包括各種糕餅餡料、調味醬及烤肉常用食材等,檢驗項目包括衛生標準、防腐劑、人工甘味劑及農藥殘留等。
衛生單位將持續針對民生重要食品,陸續展開稽查取締行動,強化食品安全管理,以維護食品安全並捍衛消費者權益,並公布不合格產品資訊,依法進行後續處理,維護民眾食品安全。
