市售牛樟芝產品將有進一步規範。食品藥物管理署訂出管理規定,產品外包裝將明確說明嬰幼兒、孕婦、哺餵母乳者食用產品的注意事項,以及原料等級,後者會影響價差可能讓消費者權益受損。該規定最快 2016/7/1 開始實行。
食藥署與專家學者進行牛樟芝安全性評估,研擬「牛樟芝食品管理及標示相關規定」,業者於牛樟芝食品上市前需提供安全性資料備查,確認其安全性,產品亦需明確標示前述資訊,以提供完整訊息,維護消費者權益。
規定的精神是食品使用牛樟芝為原料時,食品業者應具備該原料之詳細加工或製造過程、規格及90天餵食毒性試驗報告等相關證明文件,並於上市前送衛生福利部備查。
牛樟芝食品標示部份,產品外包裝以中文加註「嬰幼兒、孕婦、哺餵母乳者,如欲食用本產品,請洽詢醫師或醫療專業人員」之警語字樣。
而針對原料使用部位為子實體或菌絲體及其培養方式,將大幅影響價差,此部份也因明確標示,以免消費者權益受損。
