自明治年間起，龜甲萬以穩健的工藝與品格，長年入選日本皇室御用醬油。1908 年開始供應皇室餐膳，傳承至今逾 118 年，這份跨世代的信任，如今被凝鍊在《御用藏醬油禮盒》與《御用藏 · 御用藏生醬油禮盒》之中，讓品味之人得以把百年風味，端上自家餐桌。
這次龜甲萬一次引進兩種極致：御用藏醬油與御用藏生醬油。兩款同樣嚴選日本國產原料釀製，以講究的二次釀造工法緩慢熟成 365 天，把時間與職人的用心一併封存。釀造全程堅持使用杉木桶，在會呼吸的木質空間裡，微生物得以自然孕育，讓鮮味、香氣與甘醇風味逐層堆疊，留下綿長的餘韻。更重要的是，御用藏系列醬油並不追求一般醬油的「千瓶一味」，刻意不做味道上統一化、規格化的調整，不抹平原料與季節帶來的細微差異，讓每一批都保有獨一無二的個性與風味。開瓶聞香，就能感到鮮味與香味的濃郁；入口之後，風味立體而純淨，這也是龜甲萬品牌之中最頂級、最珍貴的代表作。
其中的御用藏生醬油更是稀罕珍品，一年僅限量釀造一次，所以只能限量販售，因此目前在台灣採限量預購制。它採行二段熟成，第二段釀造不用一般食鹽水，而是直接以發酵成熟的生醬油回釀，再選在嚴寒時節進行「寒仕込み」（冬釀）。透過低溫讓發酵與熟成放慢腳步，風味因而更緊實、更深長，宛如把冬日空氣也一併鎖進醬油裡。這種做法在高級的日本酒、味噌中也可發現。
無論是鍋物燉煮、海鮮、和牛與時蔬，抑或最簡單的一碗白飯、冷盤與刺身，御用藏系列只需點到為止，便能把食材本味推向更鮮明的一格；而每一次開瓶，也像是與風味的一次新相遇——一期一會，耐人尋味。
