過年習俗除夕守歲,許多人會選擇打牌、打麻將,一方面消磨時間,另一方面試手氣,但一打就是幾個鐘頭,這可是有害身體健康!物理治療師指出,久坐對筋骨、消化、血液循環、呼吸系統都不好,建議打牌多喝水,利用上廁所的時間,起身多活動。
國泰醫院物理治療師簡文仁表示,根據診間觀察發現,打麻將最容易引發筋骨痠痛的問題,包括肩頸、腰背、手腕、膝蓋、臀部等部位,都會出現痠痛、痠麻,甚至疼痛的症狀,尤其患者退化性關節炎者,長時間久坐不動,病情容易惡化,打完麻將後,腰椎、膝蓋都痛得受不了。
久坐可不只筋骨痠痛,簡文仁指出,民眾過年時常會大吃大喝,導致飲食過量;若又打牌久坐不動,身體長時間維持固定姿勢,恐壓迫胸部、腸胃、下肢等,造成呼吸不順而胸悶、消化不良而脹氣,以及血液循環不通暢,對全身各器官都不好。
簡文仁強調,打牌時應每30至40分鐘要起身一次,最久不可超過50分鐘,但限制時間長短不容易執行,建議多喝水、做深呼吸及伸展筋骨,喝水可強迫自己起身走動上廁所,多活動就不容易產生病痛。
